A few months ago I was interviewed by a German TV channel which wanted to show that after a few years in bed, older people can be happy and content, the term “real” people wereelcome. I had never heard of these people even being quoted in this way before the channel launched its new ad campaign.
The German TV channel, which is part of the PwC, claimed that they had obtained a supply of about 10,000 bpd from an Australian supplier of baclofen (Baclofen 25 mg/ml, sold under the brand name Lioresal). The baclofen is an antidepressant commonly prescribed for the treatment of depression and anxiety.
In a press release, the company said that although it had not done a manufacturing run, the drug had been made available to the German market through an Australian-made facility. The company added that it was looking into the possibility of selling the baclofen in order to pay for the production.
The German TV channel’s new campaign aims to show that after a few years in bed, older people can be happy and content, the term “real” people are welcome. It also says that it will also feature original people who have helped millions of older people find happiness through internet and social media.
One of the messages sent by the German TV channel “Adults” was a message from the company which read, “If you want to buy baclofen online in the UK, then you’ll be happy to pay for it.”The ad, which was launched on 18 January, was accompanied by a new message from a different channel which I could not understand at the time.
The message said that the German drug supplier was supplying baclofen to the German market through a facility which was located in India, but that the supplier did not have a supply of the drug. The message said that the facility was located in the United Kingdom and that the supplier was supplying the drug from a different supplier.
I do not understand the message, and it is very important to remember that the company did not own a facility and that it did not have the raw baclofen that the German drug supplier had.
I am sorry that this situation has not occurred to me, but I cannot help but wonder if the company is doing a good job.

Objective:To study the use of the baclofen for the treatment of multiple sclerosis and the effect of baclofen after surgical intervention.
Methodology:A retrospective cohort study was conducted at the University of Manchester's neurosurgery department and at the Department of Neurology (Viagra), University of Manchester, New Zealand. The study included all patients with multiple sclerosis, in whom the following interventions were used in the baclofen treatment: implantable implanted intrathecal pumps for intrathecal administration of intrathecal baclofen, implantable implanted pumps for intrathecal baclofen, and intrathecal baclofen pump therapy. Patients were followed until the end of the study.
Results:The number of patients who developed postoperative neurological symptoms at follow-up was 9.1%. The mean age of the study group was 47.4 years (range 22-85). The most commonly prescribed interventions were implantable implanted pumps for intrathecal administration of intrathecal baclofen, implantable implanted pumps for intrathecal baclofen, and intrathecal baclofen pump therapy. All of the medications were efficacious in the treatment of multiple sclerosis. In terms of the number of patients who developed postoperative neurological symptoms, there was a higher proportion of patients who developed postoperative neurological symptoms than the rest of the population. There was no significant difference in the number of patients who developed postoperative neurological symptoms between the baclofen group and the baclofen treatment groups. The mean age of patients with multiple sclerosis in the baclofen group was 57.6 years, compared to 57.2 years in the baclofen group. The most commonly prescribed interventions were implantable implanted pumps for intrathecal baclofen, implantable implanted pumps for intrathecal baclofen, and intrathecal baclofen pump therapy. The mean age of patients with multiple sclerosis in the baclofen group was 67.3 years, compared to 70.8 years in the baclofen group.
Conclusion:Baclofen use has been shown to be associated with significant improvement in multiple sclerosis, as well as an improvement in the frequency of postoperative neurological symptoms.
The use of the baclofen for the treatment of multiple sclerosis and the effect of baclofen after surgical intervention. The present study aimed to evaluate the use of the baclofen for the treatment of multiple sclerosis and the effect of baclofen after surgical intervention. The study included all patients with a history of multiple sclerosis who were treated with intrathecal baclofen (Intrathecal Baclofen Pump Therapy). The patients were followed until the end of the study.
We performed the following clinical data analysis. The patients were divided into two groups: patients with a history of multiple sclerosis, who received intrathecal baclofen (Intrathecal Baclofen Pump Therapy), and patients who received intrathecal baclofen pump therapy (Intrathecal Baclofen Pump Therapy).Table 1Patients' characteristics and treatment characteristics. The study group included all patients with a history of multiple sclerosis who received intrathecal baclofen (Intrathecal Baclofen Pump Therapy).
The study was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the University of Manchester. All patients provided written informed consent.
